These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Skillera’s website, workshops, webinars, courses, live classes, learning programmes, digital resources, communities, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). AI Skillera may be referred to in these Terms as “AI Skillera”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.

By accessing our website, registering for a workshop, creating an account, purchasing a programme, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms displayed on a specific programme, offer, registration page, or checkout page.

Important Points

• Please provide accurate and current information when registering, creating an account, or making a purchase.
• Paid access is intended for the individual or account for which it was purchased and must not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written permission.
• AI Skillera learning materials are provided for permitted personal or legitimate internal learning use and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission.
• AI Skillera provides education and training. Participation does not guarantee employment, salary increases, promotions, business revenue, investment returns, client acquisition, or any specific outcome.
• Third-party AI tools, software, platforms, payment gateways, and other services may have their own terms, pricing, limitations, privacy practices, and availability.
• Learners are expected to behave respectfully and must not interfere with other participants, trainers, systems, or the operation of the Services.

1. Eligibility and User Information

Our Services are primarily intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

Where participation by a person who has not reached the applicable age of legal capacity is permitted, a parent or legal guardian should be involved wherever required by law.

You agree that information provided to AI Skillera during registration, account creation, workshop participation, or payment is accurate, complete, and not misleading. If your information changes, you should update it where the relevant Service allows you to do so.

If you register or purchase a Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. AI Skillera Services

AI Skillera provides practical AI education and skill-development experiences. Depending on the programme, Services may include live workshops, webinars, live classes, recorded lessons, assignments, templates, AI tool demonstrations, resources, communities, assessments, mentorship, and other learning formats.

The exact features, curriculum, duration, schedule, trainer, number of sessions, access period, materials, bonuses, and other inclusions may differ between programmes. The details displayed on the applicable registration, product, or checkout page will determine what is included in that Service.

We may make reasonable changes to trainers, session schedules, curriculum, learning materials, tools, or delivery methods for operational, technical, educational, or other legitimate reasons. Where a change materially affects a purchased Service, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change.

3. Free Workshops and Events

AI Skillera may offer free workshops, webinars, demonstrations, masterclasses, or introductory sessions.

Registration for a free event provides access only to the particular free event and does not automatically include any separately priced course, programme, membership, mentorship, bundle, or other paid Service.

Places may be limited and may require registration. AI Skillera may change, postpone, reschedule, or cancel a free event where reasonably necessary.

Any bonus, resource, certificate, community access, trial, or other benefit associated with a free event will be subject to the terms communicated for that specific event.

4. Paid Programmes, Pricing and Payments

Information about a paid Service, including its price, taxes, duration, access period, inclusions, delivery format, payment schedule, and promotional terms, will be displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or charged separately as required.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. Such providers may process payment credentials according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

A purchase is generally considered successful after payment confirmation and successful order processing.

If a transaction is affected by an obvious technical, pricing, duplicate-charge, or processing error, AI Skillera may review the transaction and take reasonable corrective action, including cancellation or refund where appropriate.

Coupons, discounts, promotional prices, limited-period offers, and other promotional benefits are valid only according to the conditions and validity period stated with the relevant offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

5. Accounts, Login Credentials and Access

Some Services may require an account, login credentials, OTP, private access link, or another authentication method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your access credentials.

• Do not share your password, OTP, private access link, or account credentials with another person.
• Do not allow another person to use paid access assigned to you.
• Do not publish, upload, or distribute private course links or access credentials.
• Notify AI Skillera promptly if you believe your account or access credentials have been compromised or used without permission.

If we reasonably believe that an account or access mechanism is being misused, shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms, we may temporarily restrict access while the matter is reviewed.

6. Live Sessions, Recordings and Participant Conduct

6.1 Session Recordings

AI Skillera may record selected live sessions for purposes such as quality improvement, trainer development, educational replay, internal training, documentation, or service operations.

Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed when a session is being recorded. Participants may keep their camera or microphone disabled where they do not wish their image or voice to be included, subject to the capabilities of the platform.

6.2 Participant-Created Recordings

Unless AI Skillera has provided prior written permission, participants must not record, photograph, screen-capture, livestream, reproduce, publish, upload, or distribute live classes, replays, presentations, or protected learning content.

This restriction does not prevent you from taking reasonable personal notes for your own learning.

6.3 Expected Conduct

You agree to use the Services responsibly and respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or target another participant, trainer, employee, representative, or guest.
• Upload or share unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
• Use learning groups, communities, or communication channels for spam, scams, or unauthorised commercial promotion.
• Share another person's personal, confidential, or proprietary information without appropriate authority or permission.
• Disrupt or deliberately interfere with live sessions, communities, platforms, or the learning experience of other participants.
• Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to AI Skillera systems, accounts, paid content, or restricted resources.
• Use the Services for unlawful activity or in a manner that could harm AI Skillera, its users, trainers, or third parties.

If these rules are breached, AI Skillera may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate an account, depending on the seriousness of the conduct and subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Learning Content

Unless specifically stated otherwise, materials supplied through the Services—including videos, recordings, presentations, text, graphics, curriculum, exercises, templates, toolkits, designs, logos, worksheets, documents, and other resources—are owned by AI Skillera or the applicable rights holder.

Subject to these Terms and any programme-specific restrictions, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased or permitted content for your own learning and legitimate internal use.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

• Sell, sublicense, lease, license, commercially distribute, or otherwise exploit AI Skillera learning materials.
• Upload course resources to public websites, file-sharing services, repositories, social media groups, messaging groups, or competing platforms.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of protected content for redistribution.
• Use automated tools to scrape, systematically download, extract, or reproduce protected course content.
• Remove copyright, ownership, or other proprietary notices.
• Use protected AI Skillera content to create, train, operate, or support a competing educational product or service.

8. Feedback, Reviews and User Contributions

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, testimonials, or other content to AI Skillera, you retain ownership of your original rights in that content.

You grant AI Skillera a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, process, analyse, and use such material where reasonably necessary to operate, administer, moderate, evaluate, or improve the Services.

Where applicable law requires consent for public promotional use of your name, photograph, review, testimonial, or similar material, AI Skillera will obtain the relevant permission before using it for that promotional purpose.

9. Third-Party Platforms and AI Tools

AI Skillera may demonstrate, recommend, integrate with, or provide educational guidance relating to third-party AI tools, software, websites, applications, cloud services, automation platforms, productivity tools, payment services, or other digital products.

These third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their features, pricing, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, data handling, and output quality may change independently of AI Skillera.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, bias, or inappropriate recommendations. You should independently review and verify important AI-generated information before relying on it for professional, financial, legal, business, educational, or other consequential decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into a third-party AI tool or service is appropriate to share. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, trade secrets, client information, sensitive personal information, or another person's personal information unless you have the necessary authority.

AI Skillera does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, suitability, or continued availability of third-party services or AI-generated outputs.

10. Learning Outcomes and No Guarantee of Results

AI Skillera provides educational training, resources, and practical learning experiences. We do not promise or guarantee a specific professional, financial, academic, business, or personal outcome.

Participation does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment, promotion, salary increase, career switch, freelance income, business revenue, client acquisition, investment returns, or any other particular result.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, statistics, learner stories, or outcome references used in our communications are illustrative or informational and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of what another learner will achieve.

Individual outcomes may vary depending on prior experience, effort, implementation, market conditions, industry conditions, business circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

Where a certificate or completion acknowledgement is offered, it should not be understood as an accredited degree, university qualification, or government certification unless AI Skillera expressly states otherwise.

11. Privacy and Service Communications

The collection and use of personal information by AI Skillera is described in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

We may contact you about registrations, purchases, live sessions, accounts, support requests, programme information, or other necessary service-related matters by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available channels.

Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable consent requirements. Where an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism is provided, you may use it to stop promotional communications.

12. Website and Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and Services available and functioning properly, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet problems, third-party platform outages, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend, restrict, or modify access where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or protect the Services.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and learning materials are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not warrant that every part of the Services will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, secure, current, accurate, or suitable for every individual's particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any legal right or remedy that cannot validly be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Skillera will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from or relating to use of the Services, including loss of anticipated income, business opportunity, profits, data, reputation, or goodwill.

Where liability can legally be limited, AI Skillera's total liability relating to a particular paid Service will generally not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

15. Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, misuse of protected content, or infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by AI Skillera's own unlawful conduct or by liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

16. Suspension or Termination of Access

AI Skillera may suspend or terminate access to Services where reasonably necessary due to a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, misuse of content, abusive conduct, security concerns, fraudulent activity, unlawful use, unauthorised account sharing, or other conduct that materially harms the Services or other users.

If AI Skillera discontinues a paid Service for reasons attributable to AI Skillera, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be considered in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that are intended to continue after access ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, responsibility, dispute resolution, and governing law, will continue to apply.

17. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may contain links, integrations, references, or access to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, social platforms, AI services, or other external services.

These services operate independently from AI Skillera. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, pricing, or performance.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that third-party provider.

18. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

AI Skillera will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including major internet or hosting failures, power interruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, labour disruptions, public-health emergencies, cybersecurity incidents, or significant third-party service outages.

Where practical, we will communicate material disruptions and make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or provide an alternative arrangement.

19. Changes to Services and These Terms

AI Skillera may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.

We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our programmes, operations, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published with a revised effective or last-updated date.

For significant changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Unless a different approach is required by applicable law, the Terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact AI Skillera first and provide reasonable details so that we have an opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the matter.

Subject to applicable law and any statutory right to approach a consumer forum or other competent authority, courts at New Delhi, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms or the Services.

21. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the AI Skillera Privacy & Data Protection Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of registration or purchase, form the principal terms governing your use of the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

If AI Skillera does not immediately enforce a provision or right, that does not mean the provision or right has been permanently waived.

Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval from AI Skillera. AI Skillera may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We may provide notices and service-related information using the contact details associated with your registration or account, including email, phone, or WhatsApp where appropriate.
